Aaron Staebell Aaron Staebell is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois and has practiced law in St. Charles County since 1997. His practice is focused primarily on family law, including divorce, paternity, child custody, child support cases, as well as any family-related legal matter. Because Lohmar & Staebell is a small firm dedicated to meeting the needs of every client, Mr. Staebell also practices criminal law, zealously advocating for those charged with simple traffic matters as well as more serious offenses, including driving while intoxicated and other misdemeanor and felony charges, as well as civil matters, including personal injury cases. Mr. Staebell has tried approximately 15 trials by jury, including personal injury, property damage and real estate cases. He would be pleased to speak with you about both his jury and non-jury trial experience, including the fact scenarios and verdicts of those trials. In addition, Mr. Staebell practices in the Court of Appeals, handling both civil and criminal appeals. Mr. Staebell is a 1997 graduate of Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He received his bachelor’s degree from Truman State University in Kirksville Missouri. He is the past-president of the St. Charles County Bar Association and a past-member of the Young Lawyer’s Section of the Missouri Bar. He is married with children and attends Assumption Catholic Church in O’Fallon.
William "Bill" Lohmar Bill Lohmar is a former circuit court judge in St. Charles County, where he served the citizens of St. Charles County for more than 30 years. Meetings with Bill are by appointment only. Bill is married and his son, Tim, is the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney.
